6.B. Engage Auditors for 2022-2023 SY Audit
The recommendation is to engage BradyMartz to perform audit services for the year ending June 30, 2023, in the amount of $15,000 for the audit with an additional $4,000 for the single audit.  If more than one program is required to be tested, an additional fee of $3,500 will be charged for each additional program required to be tested.

6.C. To authorize Jenetta LaFerriere, Nichole Ekre, and Jennifer Hecht to make electronic fund transfers.

6.D. Caretaker/Manager of the Bagley Petty Cash and Bagley Petty Cash Travel Funds
Nichole Ekre as caretaker/manager of the Bagley Petty Cash and Bagley Petty Cash Travel Funds.  
Jennifer Hecht is authorized to sign checks on the accounts.

6.E. Clearwater County School Resource Officer Contract for the 2023-2024 & 2024-2025 SY.
$40,000 for each year
Funding comes from the Safe Schools Levy

6.H. SFM and Liability Insurance Renewal 
Recommendation to renew SFM and Liablility Insurance with MarshMcLennan. The estimated total annual premium is $199,232.33
