7.A. RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GIFTS/DONATIONS TO INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT #162-BAGLEY
WHEREAS the following; therefore, BE IT RESOLVED by the School Board of Independent School District #162-Bagley School Board does hereby accept the following donation:

*$1,080 from Garden Valley Telephone for Media Club
*$300 to the Angel Care Fund in memory of Lawrence Bellefy & Paul Brustad
*$500 from the White Earth Tribal Council for pow wow spot dancers.
*$68 from various donors for Prom
 

7.B. Payroll Services with CESO
Recommended to approve a 2 year agreement with CESO for payroll services.

7.C. 2023-2024 Preliminary Budget

7.D. Year End Procedures
Authorizing the Superintendent to pay all outstanding bills through June 30, make fund and budget adjustments to close out the funds for the 2022-2023 school year to prepare for the annual school audit.
