Consider organizational matters related to business office functions 5.e.i Designation of official depositories for school district funds & investments - recommend that the financial institutions as specified be designated as official depositories of the district for 2025 per Statute 123B.14, sub.4: Wells Fargo Bank & Brokerage Services LLC, Fidelity Investments, US Bank System, PMA Financial Network Inc, Minnesota School District Liquid Asset Fund. 5.e.ii Authorize the Executive Director of Business to use facsimile signatures for checks and use of last year’s plate. 5.e.iii Authorize the Superintendent or Executive Director of Business to make short-term investments and to perform the duties of the Clerk and Treasurer. 5.e.iv Authorize the Superintendent and the Executive Director of Business to lease, purchase and contract for goods and services within general budget categories. 5.e.v Authorize the Superintendent or Executive Director of Business to utilize wire transfers of investments and payments. |
