ADJOURN Immediately following the Special Board Meeting: CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION At approximately 7:30 PM OPEN EXECUTIVE SESSION CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION Pursuant to Wis. Stat. s. 19.85(1)(e) “Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session,” and Wis. Stat. s. 19.85(1)(d) “considering strategy for crime detection or prevention,” to wit: discussion of the proposed Memorandum of Understanding and Authorization for Facility Assessment and Pre-Referendum Services between Performance Services, Inc. and the School District of Cudahy, and issues related thereto, and discussion of the School Resource Officer Memorandum of Understanding between the School District of Cudahy and the City of Cudahy and issues related thereto. OPEN EXECUTIVE SESSION *Take possible action on items discussed in closed session.
