Discussion and consideration regarding the Proposed On-Street Parking along Warren Street between 5th Avenue and 4th Avenue as pertains to recent voiced concerns regarding parking in the general vicinity of the 5th Avenue business district.  Information provided by Bill Peterhansen, P.E., CFM at Hancock Engineering.

10.B. Discussion and consideration regarding MPD Proposal No. 006 requesting services of Ms. Nellie Pittman who retired from the MPD earlier this year (2021) in assisting and training of the new executive assistant for the Chief of Police.  The recommendation is that Ms. Pittman be paid $20.00 an hour - 4 hours per day for a total of five days.

10.C. Review and consideration of  Village Manager memo dated September 17, 2021 regarding  Addendum to Employee Contract (Vehicle Allowance).
