4.C. Approval of out-of-state travel to Los Angeles, CA (FIDM tour and Fashion Show, Garment District) for the Fashion Design students 4-4-2017 to 4-9-2017
Description:
CAVIAT pays for registration fees. Student fees, tax credits and fundraising pay for remaining expenses.
Train tickets, hotel, food and garment purchases and ground transportation will be paid with fundraising dollars CAVIAT paid registration fees for FIDM event ($130)

4.D. Approval for overnight travel, for CAVIAT-Flagstaff BioScience HOSA Chapter, for the HOSA CTSO State Conference, April 19th through April 21st, 2017, Tucson, AZ
Description:
CAVIAT pays for registration fees. Student fees, tax credits and fundraising pay for remaining STUDENT expenses.
CAVIAT will pay for registration and Aaron will transport student in the district Ford Explorer. CAVIAT also covers instructor travel costs and wages. CAVIAT-FLAGSTAFF HOSA Chapter Fundraising and tax credits will cover: Hotel Rooms, additional HOSA conference costs

4.E. Approval to pay Pima County JTED, as the fiscal agent, for Economic Independence LLC's advocacy Services for JTEDs Statewide up to $1000
Description:
13 JTEDs have agreed that the work and efforts of Richard Condit's Economic Independence LLC help promote CTE/JTEDs statewide.
He is working closely with the State Board of Education, and school districts, statewide, to promote a "CTE Diploma". He is stressing the importance CTE and the diploma is framed as a pathway to College and Career. The fee, collected by Pima JTED will help ensure that his efforts can continue and he will be expected to include the JTED Lobbyist and JTED Supts as he continues to promote this diploma. |
4.F. Approval of line of credit from Wells Fargo Bank for calendar year 2017 for $500,000 (not to exceed $10 million)
Description:
This is the renewal of our line of credit for this calendar year (no changes from last year). Board members add their signatures to one form only and then I will need to have it notarized.

4.I. Recognition of Fashion Design fundraising at Coconino High School MORP (dance) on 1-13-17
Description:
The Fashion Design and Merchandising class got pizza donated from Dominos and the club sold slices at the MORP. They earned 22 dollars toward their trip to LA.
