Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074, Personnel, to deliberate regarding the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of a public officer or employee, or to hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employee, specifically to include: Possible resignation of the Superintendent, the process for a search for an interim and/or full-time Superintendent, Board responsibilities related to the search and related issues.

Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071, to consult with the District's attorney regarding the pending or contemplated litigation or on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the District under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, regarding legal advice concerning: Possible resignation of the Superintendent, the process for a search for an interim and/or full-time Superintendent, Board responsibilities related to the search and related issues.
