Description:
We are requesting the board approve the contract with CM's SIS Support, LLC. for Powerschool support per the contract attached. The cost will be less than $5,000 annually.

Description:
Contract for a virtual speech language pathologist with Sunbelt Staffing, LLC, for the open .2 position currently located at Bates Early Childhood and ECSE classroom. The .2 will be reposted and remain open until filled.

Description:
We would like the board ratify and approve filing the position of Physical Therapist Assistant with Paige Forst at Step 6 with her start date being October 19th. The interviews consisted of Amy, Jayci, Abby, and Katie.

Description:
We would like the board ratify and approve filing the position of Instructional Aide in Norway CI Secondary Classroom with Kristy Meyer at Step 6 with her start date being September 28th. The interviews consisted of Amy, Jayci and Katie.

Description:
We are requesting the board to move any ESP II CTE open paraprofessional position(s) be moved to a Flexible Paraprofessional job description. This will allow the district to have the flexibility to place paraprofessionals hired under this job description in programs of need during the school year. Attached is the current Flexible Paraprofessional job description approved in November of 2025.
