I move to accept the resolution to transfer the gift of $124,166.15 from the estate of Kathryn Carpenter, which was originally accepted by the Princeton School District on June 16, 2026, to the Princeton Scholarship Foundation as stipulated in the last will and testament of Kathryn Carpenter.
