Pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code, consultation with the District's attorney concerning legal issues related to possible term contract non-renewal proceedings, including issues involving scheduling, procedural rules and selection of counsel to advise the Board in any non-renewal hearing.
Pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code, consider and discuss proposed nonrenewal of a term contract teacher.
