Description:
Background: It is important that the Board have the opportunity to act on all personnel matters. Personnel items will typically be divided into four sub-categories:
a) new employees/positions b) transfer/contract modifications c) resignations, retirements, terminations d) leaves You will be asked to take action in a single motion, but have the ability to separate out any individual items if you so choose. A roll call vote is required for personnel. |
