IV.B. Ratification of the Tentative Agreement with Owatonna Principals' Association
Description:
School District and the Owatonna Principal representatives reached a tentative agreement on a collective bargaining agreement for the 2020-2021 school year on July 9, 2020. The Principals’ Association ratified the tentative agreement on July 13, 2020. The Board has received in its previous correspondence a summary sheet of the proposed salary/benefits and language changes.

IV.C. Resolution Amending Resolution Relating to a Special Election and Referendum
Description:
On July 13, the Board approved the Resolution Relating to Determining the Necessity of Renewing an Expiring Referendum Revenue Authorization and Approving New Referendum Revenue Authorizations and Calling a Special Election and Referendum Thereon. The law was changed this year regarding mailings for a referendum and the resolution has been updated accordingly.
