VIII.A. Acknowledgment of Conflict-of-Interest Policies BBFA (Legal) and (Local) in connection with the Agreement for Limitation on Appraised Value of Property for School District Maintenance and Operations Taxes by and between Sulphur Springs ISD and Ashoka Steel Mills LLC, Comptroller Application #1768, pursuant to Texas Tax Code § 313. 

VIII.B. Conduct a hearing to determine whether Ashoka Steel Mills LLC breached the Agreement for Limitation on Appraised Value for Property for School District Maintenance and Operations Taxes by and between Sulphur Springs ISD and Ashoka Steel Mills LLC, Comptroller Application #1768, under Texas Tax Code § 313.

VIII.C. Consider and possible action to adopt a resolution regarding the determination of a material breach and notice of contract termination in connection with the Agreement for Limitation on Appraised Value of Property for School District Maintenance and Operations Taxes by and between Sulphur Springs ISD and Ashoka Steel Mills LLC, Comptroller Application #1768, pursuant to Texas Tax Code § 313.
