August 31, 2022.

3.B) Consider approval of RFQ # 22-001 for external audit services to Whitley Penn in the
estimated amount of $64,640 (year one of five) for the audit period ended August 31,
2022.

3.C) Consider approval of the calculation of the No New Revenue Rate and
Voter Approved Rates by the Fort Bend County Tax Assessor/Collector and
the designation of Fort Bend County Tax Assessor-Collector as the tax
assessor/collector for Stafford MSD.

3.D) Deliberate possible one-time payment to teachers, already-approved new hire and retention incentives, etc.
