5. Closed Meeting - Closed meeting will be held for the purposes authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Section 551.071 - 551.076 concerning any and all purposes permitted by the Act, including but not limited to the following sections and purposes:

7. ACTION AND/OR DISCUSSION

7.A) Consider approval of the Additional Days School Year (ADSY) Project Manager position funded by the TEA TCLAS funds until August 31, 2022 only.

7.B)  Consider approval of new FTEs for school based positions across multiple campuses to decrease class size and improve teacher-student ratios.  

7.C) Consider approval of the following grant-funded positions:
Data Fellow/Strategist (1 FTE)
2 Instructional Coaches K-5 (2 FTEs)
Literacy Coach K-5 (1 FTE)
Literacy Coach 6-12 (1 FTE)

 

7.D) Consider approval of resolution regarding retention incentive.
