5.B) Consider approval of the contract award for Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals #18–017 for Construction of New Middle School for a Base Bid Amount (including contingency) of $27,287,532.80, which includes $1,740,000.00 for Alternates 1 through 6, and consider delegating authority to the Superintendent and his designee to negotiate, finalize, and execute the Contract Documents.
