4.1. Approve the financial reports and payment of bills.

4.2. Approve the teaching contract of Dick Stephens as the new High School Math teacher at .625 FTE for the 2015-16 school year.

4.3. Approve the teaching contract of Billie Beckman for the position of kindergarten teacher at BA, Step 3.

4.4. Discuss, consider and take all necessary action with regard to: (1) the selection of the Construction Management at Risk (CM@R) method of construction delivery for the construction of additions and renovations to Boone Central Public Schools facilities located in Albion, Nebraska and Petersburg, Nebraska under the Political Subdivisions Construction Alternatives Act, Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 13-2901, (the “Act”); (2) the adoption of Board of Education policies required to implement the CM@R process under the Act; (3) the appointment of a CM@R Selection Committee as required by, and in conformance with, the Act; and, (4) determine percentage weight to be given to CM@R selection criteria.

4.5. Approve the 2015-16 Superintendent's salary at $136,500.

4.6. Approve a 4.3% increase in salary for the elementary, middle school and high school principals.

4.7. Approve a 4% increase on the base hourly rate for classified wages for the 2015-16 school year.

4.8. Approve an increase of 15 cents for lunch prices for the 2015-16 school year with K-5 lunch costing $2.55 and 6-12 costing $2.70 with adults lunch costing $3.50.

4.9. Approve move to suspend two reading policy and to adopt the entire Board policy series 1000 through 9000 as presented and to repeal and rescind all existing Board policies not set forth in the newly adopted Board policy book.

4.10. Approve iPad, Teacher, Classified, Student, Activity Handbook and Forms and Activity Staffing Forms handbooks for the 2015-16 school year.

4.11. Approve Cornerstone Bank as a depositor bank for bond proceeds.

4.12. Approve account under the Boone County Area Foundation for potential future fundraising for renovations to theater (stage area/performance arts space) in existing gym at Boone Central Schools. Boone Central Schools will own this project.

4.13. Approve the interlocal agreement with City of Albion on the use of the softball field complex.
