III. ORAL - Individuals desiring to address the Board regarding an item on an Agenda for an Open Meeting must submit a completed Public Comment Request Form between 2:30 p.m and 2:50 p.m. on the day of the meeting. Forms are available in the lobby area.

IV. CLOSED SESSION
The Board may declare itself in a closed meeting as authorized by the Texas Open Meeting Act, Texas Government Code Sections 551.001-551.146. In the event a closed meeting is to be convened, the presiding officer shall publicly identify the section or sections authorizing the closed meeting. Those sections may include without limitation the following sections under Subchapters D and E, which authorize a closed meeting to discuss the following topics: |
