I. CALL TO ORDER

II. NOTICE OF MEETING
The meeting was posted in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 551.

III. ORAL - Individuals desiring to address the Board regarding an item on a Special Meeting Agenda for an Open Meeting must submit a completed Public Comment Request Form between 5:30 p.m. and 5:50 p.m. on the day of the meeting.

IV. CONDUCT ANNUAL BOARD/SUPERINTENDENT TEAM BUILDING SESSION

V. CLOSED SESSION
The Board may declare itself in a closed meeting as authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Sections 551.001-551.146. In the effect a closed meeting is to be convened, the presiding officer shall publicly identify the section or sections authorizing the closed meeting. Those sections may include without limitation the following sections under SUBCHAPTERS D AND E, which authorize a closed meeting to discuss the following topics:

V.A. Section 551.071: For the purpose of private consultation with the Board's attorney and all subject matters authorized by law.

V.B. Section 551.074: For the purpose of deliberating the appointment, employment, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee, or to hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employee, unless the officer or employee who is the subject of the deliberation or hearing requests an open hearing.

VI. DECLARE CLOSED MEETING ENDED AND RECONVENE IN OPEN MEETING
