I. CALL TO ORDER

II. CLOSED SESSION
The Board may declare itself in a closed meeting as authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Sections 551.001 - 551.146. In the event a closed meeting is to be convened, the presiding officer shall publicly identify the section or sections authorizing the closed meeting. Those sections may include, without limitation, the following sections under SUBCHAPTER D AND E, which authorize a closed meeting to discuss the following topics: |

II.A. Section 551.071: Consultation with the Board's attorney regarding legal and procedural issues related to the Level III grievance.

|
II.B. Conduct Level III employee grievance hearing (Section 551.074) and deliberations in a case in which a complaint or charge is brought against an employee of the school district by another employee and the complaint or charge directly results in a need for a hearing. (Section 551.082).

III. DECLARE CLOSED MEETING ENDED AND RECONVENE IN OPEN MEETING
