I. OPEN SESSION - CALL TO ORDER - 5:15 P.M.

II. ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION
The Board may declare itself in a closed meeting as authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Sections 551.001-551.146. In the effect a closed meeting is to be convened, the presiding officer shall publicly identify the section or sections authorizing the closed meeting. Those sections may include without limitation the following sections under SUBCHAPTERS D AND E, which authorize a closed meeting to discuss the following topics: |
II.A. Section 551.071: For the purpose of private
consultation with the Board’s attorney.

II.B. Section 551.072:
For the purpose of deliberating a purchase, exchange, lease, or value of
real property if deliberation in an open meeting would leave a detrimental
effect on the position of the Board in negotiations with a third person.

II.C. Section 551.074: For the purpose of deliberating
the appointment, employment, resignation, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a
public officer or employee;

II.D. Section 551-0821: For the purpose of
deliberating a matter which will necessarily reveal personally identifiable
information about District students.

III. RETURN TO OPEN SESSION TO CONVENE LEVEL III GRIEVANCE HEARING - 6:00 PM

IV. ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION TO HEAR PARENT LEVEL III GRIEVANCE PURSUANT TO:

IV.A. Section 551.071: For the purpose of private
consultation with the Board’s attorney.

IV.B. Section 551.074: For the purpose of deliberating
the appointment, employment, resignation, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a
public officer or employee;

IV.C. Section 551-0821: For the purpose of
deliberating a matter which will necessarily reveal personally identifiable
information about District students.

IV.C.1. Level III grievance hearing of parent against
school employees.

V. RETURN TO OPEN SESSION

V.A. Consider action on parent’s Level III grievance.
