I. CALL TO ORDER

II. CLOSED SESSION
The Board may declare itself in a closed meeting as authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Sections 551.001 - 551.146.  In the effect a closed meeting is to be convened, the presiding officer shall publicly identify the section or sections authorizing the closed meeting.  Those sections may include without limitation the following sections under SUBCHAPTER D AND E, which authorize a closed meeting to discuss the following topics:

II.A. Section 551.071:  Consultation with the Board's attorney regarding legal and procedural issues related to the Level III grievance.

II.B. Section 551.074: Conduct Level III against District officer or employee on the basis of timeliness, grievance hearing, and deliberations concerning dismissal of grievance.

III. DECLARE CLOSED MEETING ENDED AND RECONVENE IN OPEN MEETING

IV. CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING LEVEL III GRIEVANCE HEARINGS

IV.A. A Level III Grievance Hearing concerning dismissal of two (2) Level III Grievances against District Officer or Employee on the basis of timeliness held in Closed Session.

IV.B. Conduct in Open Session as requested by Grievant and consider action on two (2) Level III Grievances filed by Employee per DGBA(LEGAL and LOCAL).

IV.C. Conduct in Open Session as requested by Grievant and consider action on a Level III Grievance filed by Parent per FNG(LEGAL and LOCAL).
