I. CALL TO ORDER

II. CLOSED SESSION
The Board may declare itself in a closed meeting as authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Sections 551.001 - 551.146.  In the effect a closed meeting is to be convened, the presiding officer shall publicly identify the section or sections authorizing the closed meeting.  Those section may include without limitation the following sections under SUBCHAPTER D AND E, which authorize a closed meeting to discuss the following topics:

II.A. Section 551.071:  For the purpose of private consultation with the Board's attorney on any and all subjects or matters authorized by law.

II.B. Section 551.074:  For the purpose of deliberating the appointment, employment, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee, or to hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employee, unless the officer or employee who is the subject of the deliberation or hearing requests an open hearing.

II.B.1. Hirings - Principal for Chisholm Ridge Elementary and Principal for Parkview Elementary

II.B.2. Consider Level III Grievance of Gwenna Miles

III. DECLARE CLOSED MEETING ENDED AND RECONVENE IN OPEN MEETING

IV. CONSIDER AND ACT ON LEVEL III GRIEVANCE OF GWENNA MILES

V. CONSIDER HIRINGS OF PRINCIPAL FOR CHISHOLM RIDGE ELEMENTARY AND PRINCIPAL FOR PARKVIEW ELEMENTARY

VI. CLOSED SESSION
