2. EXECUTIVE SESSION
Adjournment to Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074 of the Open Meetings Act for the following purpose:
       Interview with Dr. Tracee Watts for the position of President of Kilgore College.
       Deliberate the employment of a new College President.

PERSONNEL: (Government Code 551.074) Consideration of personnel matters, including to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of a public officer or employee, including the new College President.

3. OPEN SESSION
Discussion and/or consideration of matters regarding the hiring of a new College President, including but not limited to the next steps, process, calendaring, timeframe or any other relevant topics related to this issue.
