2. Discussion and possible action to accept a resignation from Board Trustee Position #2 currently held by Dennis Hodge, effective immediately. 

3. Discussion and possible action to appoint a candidate to the unexpired term of Board Trustee Position #2 effective immediately and held until the next uniform election date of May 2, 2026 unless uncontested.  

4. Administer Oath of Office

governmental body to conduct an open meeting to:
1. to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment,

2. to hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employee.
(b) Subsection (a) does not apply if the officer or employee who is the subject
of the deliberation or hearing requests a public hearing.
