IX. Verizon Lease Agreement:
Consider and possible action to approve the Tower Lease Agreement with Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless which includes a right of way on property located at: 222 Collins Road, Sunnyvale, Dallas County, Texas 75182, as shown on the Tax Map of the Dallas County, Texas as Parcel Number 520109300A0010000 and as further described in Instrument Number 3369038 as recorded in the Office of Dallas County (the entirety of the property, which includes the parcel, together with Parcel Numbers 65059609510050000 and 65059609510070000), including possible delegation of authority to finalize negotiations and execute an agreement and any related documents.

X. Delivery Method of Construction Services for MS Turf Project and Baseball & Softball Turf Project:
Consider and possible action to select the delivery method for construction services for the Sunnyvale Middle School Turf Project and for the Baseball & Softball Turf Projects.

XI. Hellas Construction, Inc, Design-Build Contract for MS Turf Project:
Consider and possible action to approve design-build contractor for the Sunnyvale Middle School Turf Project, including possible delegation of authority to finalize negotiations and enter into an agreement.

XII. Prevailing Wage Rate Adoption Required by Tex. Gov’t Code Ch. 2258: 1 Consideration and possible action to adopt the Prevailing Wage Rate Schedule pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 2258.022 in connection with the Sunnyvale Middle School Turf Project and/or other construction projects authorized by the Board through the 2025-26 school year.

XIII. Independent Design Representative for the Sunnyvale Middle School Turf Project and Baseball & Softball Turf Project:
Consider and possible action to select an Independent Design Representative for professional architectural/engineering services in accordance with Texas Government Code 2269.305 as required for design-build project in connection with the Sunnyvale Middle School Turf Project and the Baseball & Softball Turf Projects, including possible delegation of authority to select, negotiate with, and enter into a contract with a design professional.
