The link to a public comments form that must be completed prior to the beginning of the meeting if a member of the public wishes to address the Board of Trustees on an agenda item.&nbsp; The completed form must be received no later than 5:00 PM, March 26, 2020. If completed forms are not received by the deadline, the individual will not be able to participate in public comment at this meeting.<br><br>The President or designee will call for public comments at the beginning of the meeting and state the name of each person who has signed up to address the Board.&nbsp; All other public comment rules of the Board will be followed. After the close of public comment, the Board will proceed with the rest of the agenda that may be viewed or heard by the public online and/or on the telephone.<br><br>The open portions of this meeting will be recorded and made available to the public upon request.<br><br>Items will not necessarily be discussed or considered in the order they are printed on the agenda below.
